Platform · The visibility cycle
From a photograph of the list to a number you can act on.
Reps photograph the wine list and anything else selling wine in the room: table tents, happy hour boards, by-the-glass specials, half-off bottle nights. The engine identifies each wine, matches it to its distributor, and builds the analysis. It gets more accurate with every list it reads.
The list, as it was scanned
A real by-the-glass list, photographed on a normal sales call. The cycle starts with one line.

Lifted off the page, exactly as printed
Extraction records what is printed, including a vintage that reads 20223 and a stray space before a semicolon. It does not tidy and it does not guess.

Understood, and matched to your book
Sauvignon Blanc appears nowhere on that line. Sancerre is Sauvignon Blanc by appellation law, so it resolves. A blend such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape stays whole and is never split into grapes the list did not print.

Data, and something to do about it
Six of the eleven whites on this list are Chardonnay. Three are Sauvignon Blanc. Two of those lines never printed a grape.
You are winning Sauvignon Blanc and losing Chardonnay. Chardonnay is on more lists in this territory than anything else you sell.19% vs 6% share · 38 and 49 lists · 30 days
Accuracy
Share means nothing if the wine was read wrong.
An AI left to itself fills a gap with a confident guess. A confident guess inside a share number is worse than no number. So the engine works under rules.
- It records what is printed
Nothing is tidied on the way in. A misprint is captured as a misprint.
- A blend stays a blend
Chianti is Chianti. It is never taken apart into grapes the list never printed.
- Unmatched is set aside
Anything the catalog cannot match is held and identified by a person, never guessed at.
- A correction is made once
Each correction is logged and applies to every scan that follows. The same question never comes back.
- Validation runs at several levels
Each scan on its own, lists against one another, and a second independent pass over the evidence.
- We show our math
Every percentage states its basis: 19% share, from 38 lists read in 30 days.
